One of my favourite games/ sports is paintball. For me paintball is than just a pass time, it is more like a spiritual and mental pursuit where I hone my skills of concentration, focus and agility. Before I continue I would like to explain what paintball is all about. This is a game which is usually played in teams, where players try to eliminate opponents by hitting them with paintfilled breakable gelatin pellets fired from paintball guns. The guns are usually powered by carbon dioxide and look and feel very much like any other fire arm, only difference being that these are not lethal.

My favourite paintball accessory store is Ultimate Paintball, where a wide array of guns and other gadgetry is sold. The popular brands of paintball gear include Tippmann, Spyder, Smart Parts, Dye, Empire, Draxxus etc. There are many more brands available on their website. The top selling guns are of course - Tippmann A-5, Tippmann 98 Custom, Smart Parts Ion and Spyder Pilot ACS. Other parts of the gear required to play paintball include masks, harnesses, gun cases, sights, oil and cleaners for maintaining the guns in good working order. There are special paintball vests too which would keep you attired better so you could win games.

Paintball is something which helps me programme my mind, the game exercises my intellect and makes me take decisions in split seconds. And after the game when I introspect several ideas and truths hit me. This helps me become a better individual. In my opinion paintball is one of the best pastimes one can participate in.
